Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

Processing & Shipping Days Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on federally observed holidays.

Shipping Rates Real-time UPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders totaling $1,000.00 or more qualify for complimentary UPS Ground shipping. Expedited shipping services (UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air) are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary based on destination and selected service. UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days depending on distance from our Flowery Branch, Georgia facility. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@carandproaudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
